By accessing our website, purchasing our spoken English or IELTS courses, and enrolling in our classes, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before starting your learning journey with us.
01. Account Eligibility & Enrollment
To access our courses, you must successfully register and purchase a course via our secure bKash payment portal. You agree to provide accurate and complete personal details during enrollment:
- You must provide your true legal name and an active contact number (preferably linked to WhatsApp).
- Each course purchase is tied strictly to one single individual and cannot be shared or transferred.
- Any account found sharing access credentials or live session links will be suspended immediately without refund.
02. Rules of Conduct & Respect
Our platform stands for support, learning, and self-improvement. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against any form of harassment, hate speech, bullying, or inappropriate behavior during live Zoom/Google Meet classes or inside student forum groups. Failure to maintain professional respect towards instructors or fellow students will lead to permanent expulsion from the course.
03. Intellectual Property Rights
All training materials, worksheets, class video recordings, slides, study guides, and audio materials provided by No Grammar No Cry are intellectual property owned by TTTBD. You are permitted to download and use the provided worksheets for your personal educational use only. You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, republishing, reselling, or commercially utilizing any part of our curriculum.
04. Limitation of Liability
While our interactive speaking curriculum is designed to maximize speaking fluency rapidly, individual language acquisition depends entirely on personal practice, dedication, attendance, and preparation. No Grammar No Cry/TTTBD is not liable for individual scores or failure to achieve desired results.
05. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published instantly on this page, and your continued participation in live classes represents your full acceptance of the updated terms.
