At No Grammar No Cry (a service provided under TTTBD), we take pride in delivering highly structured, conversation-first spoken English and IELTS programs. We want to ensure that our students feel fully secure when making their payment, and we provide a clear, fair policy regarding course cancellations and refunds.
01. Refund Window & Eligibility
We provide an unconditional 3-Day Money Back Guarantee for all students across our online spoken English, IELTS, and One-to-One courses:
- If you feel the learning quality, style, or schedules do not meet your expectations, you must request a refund within 3 days of your initial payment date.
- Refund requests submitted after 3 days from the transaction date are not eligible for processing.
- For batches that have already commenced, the refund window closes immediately after the second class has been held, regardless of whether you attended the session.
02. Non-Refundable Items
Certain resources and enrollment cases are strictly non-refundable:
- Downloaded or accessed physical/PDF worksheets, textbooks, and learning assets.
- One-to-One sessions that have already been scheduled and conducted.
- Accounts suspended permanently due to a violation of the Rules of Conduct (such as harassment or links sharing).
03. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, simply message our official WhatsApp support channel. You will need to provide:
1. Your enrolled Full Name and Phone Number.
2. The bKash Transaction ID (TrxID) submitted during enrollment.
3. A brief reason for your refund request (to help us improve our course delivery).
04. Processing Time & Charge Deductions
Once approved, refunds are processed directly back to your original bKash account within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that standard mobile banking transaction/cash-out fee deductions of 2% may apply to the refunded amount.
05. Transfer/Batch Switching
If you are struggling with a live class schedule but still wish to study, you may request to switch to an upcoming batch free of charge within 7 days of payment, instead of cancelling your course. Please contact support to check batch availability.
